All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed on public holidays or non-working days.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders across Pakistan. No additional shipping charges will be added at checkout.

4. Payment Method

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You can pay for your order in cash when it arrives at your delivery address.

Please ensure that your phone number and delivery address are correct so our courier can deliver your order successfully.

5. Order Confirmation

We may contact you by phone call or message to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders may be delayed if confirmation cannot be completed.

6. Order Tracking

If tracking facilities are available through our courier partner, we will share the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

7. Delayed Deliveries

Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unexpected circumstances may cause delays. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us for assistance.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and a complete delivery address. If delivery fails because of incorrect details or the customer is unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.

9. Damaged or Leaking Products

We carefully pack our perfumes to help protect them during transit. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us promptly and provide photos or videos of the parcel and product so we can review the issue and assist you.
